April 10 2003 - September 11 2005

He captured our hearts on a sunny April day.  He loved to run, jump and get into lots of mischief with his playmates.  His curiosity got the best of him when he got his leg caught in a fence wire on July 13.  After a battle to bring Cowboy back to health, sadly we lost him when he re-injured his leg while getting up from a rest in his stall. After a tearful goodbye, we are at peace knowing that Cowboy is free to run and play once more in the great paddock in the sky.  We miss him and will love him always.

Sadly I had to have my faithful companion of 14 years put to sleep today, Nov. 10, 2006.  Cole, a Springer Spaniel, was an exceptional dog, conscious of my emotions and constantly at my side.  We went through a lot together over the past 14 years and I'm sure I couldn't have done it without him.

 No one could have asked for a better friend, and so as his best friend I held him as he slipped away from this world for a better one.  Rest in peace my friend free of illness and pain, I will never forget you.
